Tofu with Dipping Sauce

A piece of northern tofu.

Put water in a small pot, add a little salt, add tofu and boil for 2 minutes.

Mix garlic, sea shrimp paste, cold soy sauce, sesame oil, and balsamic vinegar into a sauce.

Remove the cooked tofu and place it on a plate, with seasoning sauce on the side.

Dip in the sauce to eat, it has a special flavor.
