Tofu with Dried Vegetables

Ingredients.

Soak the dried vegetables in clean water and wash them off.

Cut green peppers and slice garlic.
4.
Blanch the dried vegetables.
5.
Add the oil and fry the garlic slices.
6.
Add tofu and dried vegetables.
7.
Add water and a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce.
8.
Add a spoonful of water tempeh.
9.
Add a pinch of salt.
10.
When the vegetables are dried and boiled soft, add the green pepper and stir-fry for a while.

Load the dish.
Tips:
You can also add some Laoganma sauce.
