Tofu with Fungus and Chili

Ingredients: soaked fungus in advance, tofu, green and red peppers, carrots.

Tofu slices, carrots peeled and sliced, peppers washed and sliced.

Tips:
Soak the fungus in advance, and fry the tofu first, then stir-fry evenly with other ingredients. The lean meat is marinated for a while and it is easy to taste. The taste is tender and smooth.
