Tofu with Ham and Edamame

Ingredients: edamame, ham

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Tear the tofu out of the package, buckle upside down on the plate and cut open with a knife, set aside.

Unpack the ham sausage, put it on the chopping board and cut it, set aside.

Afterwards, put the edamame into a pot of clear water and boil, cook until it is cut and cooked and soft, remove it.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched edamame and stir fry.

Next, combine the tofu and ham, add some water, stir and bring to a boil.
9.
Then, add some salt and chicken essence.
10.
Flip the seasoning and serve.
