Tofu with Matsutake and Spring Bamboo Shoots

Peel and shred carrots

Matsutake, washed and sliced

Stir the carrots and spring bamboo shoots in a frying pan

Add tofu in another frying pan to fry golden brown on both sides

Add sliced matsutake
6.
Then add the fried spring bamboo shoots and carrots
7.
Add the right amount of light soy sauce and water
8.
After boiling, turn to low heat for three minutes and add chives.

Hot food is better, choose older tofu
