Tofu with Matsutake and Spring Bamboo Shoots

1. Peel and shred carrots

2. Matsutake, washed and sliced

3. Stir the carrots and spring bamboo shoots in a frying pan

5. Add sliced matsutake

6. Then add the fried spring bamboo shoots and carrots
