Tofu with Minced Meat

Cut the tofu into tofu slices about 1 cm thick;

Cut the pork into cubes;
3.
Pour oil into the pot and heat it up, place your hands on top of the pot, turn to medium heat when you can feel the heat obviously;

Put the sliced tofu into the oil and fry it on one side;
5.
Put the tofu on the plate when it is golden brown;
6.
Add minced green onion and garlic to the remaining oil of the tofu in the pan, stir-fry, add the sliced meat, and stir-fry until white;
7.
Add two spoons of sweet noodle sauce and salt, and stir-fry for a while; (if you don’t know what the right amount of salt is, you can add a small spoonful of it and taste the salt while adding it)
8.
Two spoons of starch, water to boil, pour into the pot, stir evenly, turn off the heat when the starch becomes transparent, and pour it on the fried tofu slices;
9.
A simple tofu with minced meat is complete!
