Tofu with Minced Meat

Scallion, ginger, garlic, meat, pepper, dried radish (or mustard), all mince

Cut the tofu into slices about 0.8 cm in length and place them on the plate

Heat the oil in the wok, add the onion, ginger, garlic and sauté fragrant, then add the chili radish, minced pork, tempeh sauce, add a little bit of flavour, and season with a little salt

Pour the mixed sauce evenly on the tofu
5.
Let the steamer sit in water and boil for 5 minutes
6.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion
