Tofu with Mushroom Pot

Cut the tofu into pieces, wash the mushrooms, and cut some green onion, ginger, garlic and shiitake mushrooms.

Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides and set aside.

Scallion, ginger and garlic in a pot.
4.
Stir-fry the mushrooms.
5.
Put the tofu in the pot.

Add some water, add salt, and cook for a while.
