Tofu with Mushrooms

Prepare the ingredients

Wash and drain the tofu, and cut into 5 cm thick slices.

Cut the chives and set aside.

Heat up a pan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, and fry the tofu until golden on both sides.

Wash the mushrooms and squeeze out the water and cut into slices. Wash the fungus and drain the water and tear them into small flowers.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour the shiitake mushrooms and fry for a while until they become soft.

Then add fungus and corn kernels and stir-fry.

Add tofu to the pot and stir fry evenly.

Stir in oyster sauce, light soy sauce, white sugar, and sprinkle with chives.
