Tofu with Mushrooms

The lighter yellow color is a kind of mushroom. I don’t know the name. The brown one is day lily, shiitake mushroom, black fungus. Wash it twice and soak in water for a while, then drain the water.

Cut the Japanese tofu in the middle and squeeze the tofu out of the bag
