Tofu with Oyster Sauce

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Cut the garlic, green onion, and red pepper. Take an appropriate amount of cornstarch and water and boil.

Put oil in the pan and fry the tofu.

Fry tofu until slightly yellow on both sides, add garlic slices, white onion and stir fry until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water or broth, add light soy sauce and oyster sauce, bring to a boil, turn to low heat

Cook until the soup is thick, add salt in about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic leaves and diced red pepper.

Pour in water starch.

Shake the pot and turn to low heat to make the starch and soup evenly. Collect juice

Load the dish.
Tips:
1. Oyster sauce and soy sauce have a salty taste, so add salt in moderation.
2. Don't fire too much when pouring starch into water.
