Tofu with Oyster Sauce

The bei tofu wipes off the surface water and cuts into small cubes.

Fry in the pan until golden brown on both sides.

Put the fried tofu out and set aside.

Take a small bowl, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, corn starch, chicken powder, water and mix well to make a flavored sauce.

Tips:
The bean paste, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce are all salty in the production process, so there is no need to add salt.
