Tofu with Pineapple Balls and Oil

Onion diced and set aside

Pineapple cored and cut into small pieces

I bought oily tofu with a tender core

Cut fish balls in half

Pour some oil into the pot, add onions and sauté

Pour the fish balls and stir fry

Add oily tofu and sprinkle with salt

Add oyster sauce and stir fry

Tips:
Pineapple is not suitable for simmering, so it is enough to stir-fry for one minute.
