Tofu with Preserved Egg

Put the tofu and preserved eggs, ready

Use a knife to cut off the bottom four corners of the lactone tofu box for easy demoulding

Tear off the film on the surface of the lactone tofu

Pour the lactone tofu into the plate and slowly demould

Use a knife to slice the lactone tofu

Shake the plate gently with your hands to make the tofu incline and set aside

Shell the preserved eggs, wash and cut into small cubes

Put the preserved egg diced into a bowl

Put the chopped green onion into the preserved egg

Put the salt in the preserved egg
11.
Put the sugar in the preserved egg

Put the light soy sauce in the preserved egg
13.
Put the vinegar into the preserved egg
14.
Use chopsticks and stir well
15.
Spread the stirred preserved egg sauce on the tofu.
16.
Once laid, you can serve it.
