Tofu with Sauce

Prepare the materials.

Cut tofu into pieces.

Cut green and red peppers into circles, mince green onions; cut coriander into small sections.

Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, bean paste, sugar, green onion and colored pepper rings are mixed into a sauce.

Add some salt to the middle and boil, add the tofu cubes and cook for a while, remove it for later use.

Heat an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a pan, add tofu and fry until golden on one side.

After frying, the fried noodles are flushed to the bottom of the plate.

In another pot, bring the sauce to boil.

Pour the sauce on the tofu.

Sprinkle with coriander at the end.
