Tofu with Scallion Oil

Take out the boxed tofu and steam it in a steamer for 5 minutes.

Let the steamed tofu cool down, then pour out the excess water.

Cut the tofu into pieces and sprinkle with a little salt.

Prepare the ingredients for the seasoning.

Wash and chop all ingredients.

Add sesame oil to the pot and fry it until fragrant.
7.
Add chopped green onion and red pepper.
8.
Fry all the fragrance and turn off the heat.
9.
Pour the scallion oil on the tofu, then pour in the sushi soy sauce.
Tips:
The boxed tofu is steamed for a while to remove some of the beany flavor and make the tofu a little firmer and less fragile.
Sushi soy sauce is not available. Use steamed fish soy sauce or better fresh soy sauce instead.
