Tofu with Shallots

Wash 400 grams of tofu and cut into small pieces.

Wash the green onions, garlic coriander, and chili and cut them.

Take a small bowl, add light soy sauce, salt vinegar, sesame oil and appropriate amount of pepper to mix well.

Add the chopped green onion, garlic, pepper and coriander to the sauce and mix well.

Finally, put the sliced tofu on a plate, and top with the well-tuned sauce, you're done.
