Tofu with Spring Sprouts and Shrimp Paste

Cut the soft tofu into large pieces and place on the plate.

Peel and crush the spiced peanuts, mince the chives, wash and remove the roots of the toon sprouts, and blanch them in boiling water.
3.
Stir the shrimp paste slightly with sesame oil, then stir in the chopped shallots, toon sprouts, peanuts, and red pepper shreds.
4.
Sprinkle on soft tofu and mix well when eating.
