Tofu with Wild Vegetables, Winter Bamboo Shoots and Oiled Tofu

After blanching the wild vegetables, squeeze dry and chop finely

Cut the winter bamboo shoots into small dices and put them in the basin with wild vegetables

Add pork puree and cooking wine, light soy sauce right amount

You can add a little bit of water in an appropriate amount and mix well

Press down on top of the oily tofu and press a hole

Then stuff the stuffing into the hole

Wrap all the oily tofu, put it in the pot, add an appropriate amount of cold water

The cold water should be half of the height of the oily tofu. After boiling, turn to medium heat and cook for about ten minutes.
