Tom Yum Goong Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients, cut the straw mushrooms in half, open the back of the prawns to remove the shrimp thread, and marinate in the cooking wine for a while;

2. Add water to the soup pot and bring to a boil, add tom yam sauce, and enlarge the shrimp after opening;

3. Then add straw mushrooms and cook;

4. Put a spoonful of coconut flour;

5. After cooking for 2 minutes, add fish sauce and lemon juice and turn off the heat;

6. Serve.

Tips:

Tom Yum Kung Soup is actually hot and sour shrimp soup. I added some coriander without lemongrass. After the frosty autumn, I immediately warmed up after eating this soup.
