Tomato and Egg Marinade

Blanch the tomatoes with boiling water, peel them and cut them into pieces.

Beat the eggs into the bowl.

Heat up the pan, add the chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant, then add the tomatoes and stir fry.

Fry out the soup.

Add a small amount of water to a boil.
6.
Pour in the egg mixture, cook and season with salt.

The pan and plate are finished.
