Tomato and Egg Noodles

Wash the tomatoes and peel them. Cut into pieces and set aside.

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Put a small amount of cooking oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add the eggs. Scramble the eggs. Put the tomatoes in the pot and stir fry for 3 minutes. Put salt and chicken essence. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Put it in a bowl.
