Tomato and Egg Noodles

Take the tomato directly and cut it diagonally, beat the egg well and stir well, add 1/3 of 1 spoon of salt to the egg

Put on the pot, heat the large hot pot and put the oil, 80% of the heat, turn off the low heat, put the eggs, stir fry a few times to get out of the pot

Stir-fry tomatoes until 7 minutes are cooked, add salt, stir fry a few times, add eggs, add a little water and boil for one minute! Out of the pot

Cook the noodles (do not wash the pot, add water directly, no waste)

Serve the noodles, pour in the fried tomatoes and eggs
