Tomato and Egg Pimple Soup
1.
Wash the tomatoes, cut into pieces, put in the broth, and boil on low heat. Take advantage of this time to make pimple.
2.
Put the flour in the basin, reduce the water flow of the faucet to drop by drop, with a slight pause in the middle, don't flow too fast, otherwise the lumps will be big, it will not be easy to cook, and the taste will not be good.
3.
Use chopsticks to mix the flour under the water droplets constantly, move the bowl from time to time, and don't let the water droplets drip in one place.
4.
Continue to mix, there will be a lot of lumps on the upper layer, but the lower layer is still flour. Gently flip the basin, like a sieve. Gently transfer the upper pimple into the other basin. Then continue to mix the flour in the lower layer into lumps.
5.
It's all mixed, it looks almost like this. The mixed lumps will not stick together, one by one is very distinct. If there is adhesion, it means that the water is flowing too fast and the chopsticks are not mixed enough.
6.
Beat an egg, add a pinch of salt and mix well.
7.
Beat the eggs into the boiling soup and stir into a tomato egg soup.
8.
Use chopsticks to move the lump in the basin, and drop it into the pot a little bit, while constantly stirring the soup in the pot to prevent the lump from sinking to the bottom and agglomerating.
9.
Scoop it with a spoon to see if the bigger bumps have also become translucent, and there is no hard core in the middle.
Tips:
1. If there is no broth, use salt and light soy sauce to mix in water instead, or use half of Knorr Soup Bao.
2. The pimple is easy to cook, and it can be out of the pot after a few stirs with a spoon. Don't cook it too big, or it will become a noodle soup.
3. It can also be paired with other vegetable or meat soup bases, they are all delicious.
