Tips:
Do not add the water in the flour all at once, add it while stirring. The amount of water can be adjusted according to personal taste requirements. If you want to eat softer ones, you can add more water. If you want to eat a thicker lump, add less water. The batter will not drip when you pick it up, and it will look like a doughy lump. Tomatoes are okay. Use seasonal vegetables instead, green vegetables and shrimps can be made into lump soup; the water used to cook lump soup can also be adjusted according to personal taste, more or less, thick or thin.
