Tomato and Egg Soup

Ingredients: tomato, coriander, egg

Dice tomatoes, chop coriander, beat eggs and set aside

Heat oil in the pan, pat a garlic head and put it in the pan to increase the fragrance

Put the diced tomatoes in the pan, add a little salt and fry to get the juice
5.
Add the right amount of boiling water and cook over high heat
6.
Cook on high heat for about three minutes

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir gently

Put the coriander in the pot and it will be out of the pot
