Tomato and Egg Soup

Wash the tomatoes in boiling water for about ten minutes, tear off the skin with your hands, cut into pieces, chop the ginger,

Beat the eggs and set aside,

Put oil in a dry pan and heat to 90% hot

Lay the eggs, wait until the egg liquid is dry,

Flip immediately and fry for a minute

Shovel into small pieces and shovel

Add oil, 50% heat, add ginger,

1⃣️Tomatoes are peeled and soaked in boiling water for about ten minutes, easily peeled!
2⃣️Tomatoes must be fried until a lot of sauce comes out before they are mixed with water!
