Tomato and Egg Soup Noodle Soup

Hit the tomatoes with a cross knife and boil them in water for a minute to peel them.

Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Put oil in the pan, add tomatoes and stir fry.

Bring the water to a boil, add the noodles to a boil.

Turn off the heat, keep it slightly boiling, and beat in the eggs. When the egg whites are solidified and white, then turn to medium and low heat, so that the boiled poached eggs will not fall apart.

Add chopped green onion, add a little light soy sauce and cooking wine to taste. (The noodles are salty, so no more salt is added).

Out of the pot, the delicious noodles are eaten.
