Tomato and Melon Soup

Main and auxiliary materials: tomatoes, loofah

Peel and wash the loofah, slice into thin slices, and soak in salt water

Wash tomatoes, peel and slice
4.
Boil water in a pot and add tomatoes

After boiling, cook for 2 minutes

Put in the loofah slices and boil

Add 1 tbsp beef powder to taste

Stir well and cook for 1 minute

Then turn off the fire and cook out

Tips:
1. Because tomato skin is not suitable for digestion, it is best to peel it and use it.
2. Soaking loofah slices in salt water can prevent oxidation and blackening.
