Tomato and Mushroom Egg Soup

Wash the mushrooms and tomatoes.

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into slices.

The tomatoes are blanched in boiling water for a minute, peeled and cut into small pieces.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

Add water to boil.
