Tomato and Mushroom Soup

1. Tomatoes and enoki mushrooms are ready.

2. Diced tomatoes

3. Boil water and blanch the enoki mushrooms

4. Stir-fried tomatoes

5. Add water, add the cooked enoki mushrooms

6. Cook for a few minutes, then add oyster sauce, salt, chopped green onion and coriander.

Tips:

Flammulina velutipes must be blanched in the water first, and the soup will not have any peculiar smell after blanching it.
