Tomato and Potato Pork Rib Soup

Prepare the materials. Wash and cut ribs.

Pork ribs in a pot under cold water.

Cook until the ribs are discolored and pour out, rinse off the foam.

Change the cold water pot again, add ginger slices and cook until the water boils.

Skim the froth, add cooking wine, boil and turn to medium-low heat.

Cut potatoes into pieces.

Chop the tomato and mince the green onion.

Boil for about 40 minutes and add the potato pieces, and cook until the potatoes are cooked through.

Add the tomato cubes and cook for 5 minutes, add a proper amount of salt, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Rinse the ribs with water after blanching in steps 2 and 3, and there will be almost no foam when they are cooked later.
