Tomato and Shrimp
1.
Preparation: 3g shredded ginger; washed tomatoes, cut only half, chopped, and put the rest back in the refrigerator; 2 small chives, chopped green onions.
2.
Buy ready-made shrimps, wash them, and slide them on the back of the shrimps (open back). The finished product made in this way is more delicious and looks good. Friends who find trouble can also ignore this step.
3.
Add 1 tablespoon of gorgon powder and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to the shrimp bowl, and grab it with your hands. Marinate the processed shrimps for 15 minutes.
4.
Put the oil in the pan, and before the oil smokes, add the ginger shreds and stir fry for a fragrance.
5.
Add the tomatoes and stir fry for about 3 minutes, until the tomatoes become a paste.
6.
Pour in the shrimp and continue to fry for about 8 minutes. After the cut part of the back of the shrimp is turned over, fry for another minute, and the shrimp is cooked through.
7.
Add 1 scoop of light soy sauce
8.
Add 5g sugar
9.
Taste it before you start the pot to see if it is salty enough, if not, add salt according to your own taste. (I didn't add salt when I made it.) Then pour in chopped green onion and stir fry.
Tips:
Before cooking the shrimps, soak the shrimps in the cooking wine together to remove the fishy smell. Add gorgon powder and mix well to increase the tenderness of the shrimp. Friends who have time can also pickle the egg whites with it, and the tenderness will increase in seconds.
