12.
The dough is vented, rounded, covered with plastic wrap, and let rest for 15 minutes
13.
Sprinkle dry flour on the baking tray, roll the dough into an oval shape, use a fork to make a small hole in the dough, put it in the baking tray, and place it for 10 minutes
14.
Spread the prepared tomato sauce on the surface of the dough, sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese, and brush the edge with egg liquid
15.
Place bacon and pickled cherry tomatoes on top, sprinkle evenly with pizza straw
16.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes
Tips:
1. Adjust the baking temperature and time according to your own oven. If you like the surface of the pizza to be a little bit burnt, you can extend the time a little bit, but not too long, otherwise the pizza will appear very dry;
2. The amount of homemade tomato sauce used in this pizza is not too much, and I will use the rest for other purposes;
3. It is best to cut cherry tomatoes in half before placing them. After baking, they will be more delicious and beautiful. Don't follow me to arrange them as a whole. There are only a few left at home, so I put them directly.
