Tomato Beef

Put oil in the wok, sauté the green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add tomatoes, potatoes, beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, rock sugar and stir fry.

Put it in the pressure cooker and leave for 20 minutes.
