Tomato sirloin soup is a soup I like very much. If I have this when I go out to eat, I will definitely order it. But this is the first time I have made it. I didn’t expect it to taste great, haha, don’t go out to eat anymore, it’s healthier to make it by yourself~
With the beautiful chocolate pot, the process of cooking has become a kind of enjoyment. Watching the beef soup gurgling bubbles, the time seems to slow down. Enjoy life.

Tomato Beef Brisket Soup

1. Wash the beef and cut into small pieces

2. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces

3. Wash the ginger and cut it into thin slices. Cut the chives into chopped green onions

4. Pour cold water into the pot, add ginger, and white onion can also be added

5. Add beef and boil on high heat

6. Skim the foam on the surface and remove the beef

7. Pour the oil in another pot, heat it up, add the tomatoes and stir-fry for a while

8. Pour in the right amount of tomato sauce

9. Add appropriate amount of water, add beef and simmer for about 20 minutes

10. Add salt and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes to taste and it will be out of the pot

Tips:

Don't add salt too early, otherwise the beef will not be easy to boil
