Tomato Beef Brisket Soup

Wash the fresh sirloin and cut into Mahjong cube-sized diced meat.

Add cold water to the pot, put ginger, cinnamon, and bay leaves.

Add the diced sirloin, boil on high heat, and boil for 30 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces.

Put the cut apple pieces into the casserole.

Add the potato cubes, remove the diced beef from the wok and put it into the casserole.

Add 1/2 portion of tomato cubes and add enough water to the potato cubes.
