Tomato Beef Soup

Prepare ingredients

The tomatoes are blanched with boiling water to remove the skin

Cut the beef into thin slices with a horizontal knife, add appropriate amount of oil, chicken powder, salt, cornstarch, sugar, and oil to marinate for 10 minutes

Finely chop onion, chop tomato, mince ginger

Tips:
The tomato should be blanched in boiling water, peeled and cut into pieces. Beef should not be cooked for too long, otherwise it will grow old.
