Tomato Bisque Hot Pot

Prepare the ingredients

Soak the yuba and fungus, wash the greens, cut the tomatoes into large pieces, wash and mince the coriander, and cut the green onion and ginger for later use.

Mix the sesame sauce, fermented bean curd, leek flower sauce, light soy sauce and sesame oil into small ingredients. If it is too thick, add some cool boil to dilute it.

Heat up a wok, add 15 grams of corn oil, add the chopped tomatoes and stir fry.

When the tomatoes are slightly softened, add 80 grams of tomato paste and stir fry evenly.

Then add 800 ml of water to a boil.

Tips:
If you like it spicy, add some chili oil to make it more fragrant.
