Tomato Cheese Minced Pork Noodles (reduced Fat Version)
1.
Prepare materials.
1 tomato. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces for easy cooking.
50G minced meat. This amount is based on my personal fat reduction needs. If you don't need to reduce fat, you can adjust the amount according to your personal taste. Or it can be replaced with beef or something.
Reduced fat cheese. 1 tablet (this amount is equivalent to a milk product)
noodles. Cook the noodles first, let them pass in cold water, and set aside for later use.
garlic. A moderate amount is fine, and you can put more if you like. I used 4 petals here.
(Actually, you can add some onions and other spices, but because it’s breakfast, I’ll make it simpler^_^)
2.
Marinated meat. Marinate the meat first with cornstarch, oil, and salt.
3.
Stir-fry garlic, minced meat and tomatoes.
Heat a non-stick pan first, then add 2 teaspoons of oil, and then garlic.
When the garlic is fragrant, put the meat,
After the meat is cooked, put the tomatoes.
4.
Add water and boil it. Put some boiling water, cover the pot, let the ingredients boil for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Be sure to cover the pot, otherwise the water will evaporate quickly.
5.
Add the cheese until the cheese melts.
6.
Add the noodles and stir the noodles and juice thoroughly. Then it's done!
With a cup of black coffee, it is another breakfast that I like very much~~~
Tips:
1. The tomatoes should be chopped as much as possible, so that they are easy to boil.
2. In the whole process, except for adding a teaspoon of salt when marinating the meat, there is no other seasoning. Because the cheese itself has a salty taste, I think the taste is enough, so no more salt is added. But when you make it, you can adjust the taste according to your own preferences.
