Tomato Edamame Soup

Preparation materials: two tomatoes (230g weight), peeled, cut into pieces and squeezed into juice or chopped. 100 grams of fresh edamame with peeled skin, two slices of shiitake mushrooms, 80g of pork belly, finely chopped, green onions, garlic, and green chilies.

Put a little oil in the wok and stir in the chives, garlic, green peppers.

Add shiitake mushroom slices and stir fry.

Add minced pork belly and stir fry. Fry the minced meat and fat separately in advance.

Pour in tomato juice and bring to a boil, season with appropriate amount of salt.

Add edamame and cook for 3-5 minutes.
