Tomato Egg Drop Soup

Beat the eggs into the container, add a small amount of salt, and mix well; the tomatoes are blanched with boiling water, peeled, and then chopped; cut the chives into chopped green onions and prepare a slice of ginger.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the chopped tomatoes until soft.

Add ginger slices and two bowls of water to a boil, continue to cook for a few minutes.

1. After the tomatoes are blanched, it is better to peel them and chop them as much as possible.
