Tomato Egg Roll

Prepare ingredients 4 eggs and 1 tomato

Peel and dice tomatoes, add eggs, salt and pepper, and mix well

Put a small amount of oil in a hot pan, pour a part of the egg mixture and quickly flatten and fry until golden rolls

Cut the rolled egg skin into pieces and add tomato sauce (you can add your favorite sauce)
