Tomato, Egg, Spinach Noodles

A moderate amount of spinach noodles.

The chai eggs are slightly broken up and set aside.

Cut tomatoes into small pieces.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry the chopped green onion and peppercorns until fragrant.

Add the tomatoes and stir fry a few times.

Two bowls of boiling water.

Add spinach noodles and boil twice.
