Tomato Egg Tofu Enoki Mushroom

Egg tofu is bought at the supermarket, also called Japanese tofu.

Cut the tomato into pieces, tear the enoki mushroom into small strips, cut the egg tofu in half from the middle of the bag, squeeze it out, and cut into slices.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add the tofu and fry until the two sides are golden, then remove.

Tips:
1. The egg tofu is easy to break. When cutting, cut it in half from the middle of the bag, squeeze out the tofu and cut it slightly thicker.
2. If the pan is sticky, putting a little salt in the pan will not stick to the pan when frying!
