Tomato, Egg, Vegetable Noodle

Prepare all the ingredients, wash the vegetables, cut the tomatoes (more tomatoes is recommended), mince the shallots and parsley and set aside

Just blanch the vegetables and put it in a bowl, add half a bowl of noodle soup

After the noodles are cooked and fished out, spread them with fried eggs, tomatoes, sprinkle with green onions and coriander~ Finally, I added chili oil. I like spicy food. If you don’t like it, you don’t need to add it.
Tips:
1. The larger tomato can be used for two people, and the smaller one can be used for two. A slightly larger portion is more refreshing. Press more juice when you stir fry.
2. The frying method of eggs can be according to your own preferences, I prefer the tenderer ones
3. Vegetables can be matched by yourself
4. For the noodles, I use normal noodles bought in the supermarket, so I have to measure the amount of various raw materials by myself.
