In order to make Korean fried rice cakes, I bought a lot of Korean chilies and rice cake strips. Thinking of keeping it in the refrigerator without eating it, just take advantage of the homemade fish balls and tomatoes at home, and get a bowl of warm soup rice cakes.

Tomato Fish Ball Soup Rice Cake

1. Prepare the required raw materials

2. Saute garlic, pour in tomatoes and stir fry

3. Add cooking wine and cook

4. Korean hot sauce, soybean paste, light soy sauce and water to make a sauce

5. When the tomatoes are boiled, add water to boil

6. Pour in fish balls and rice cake sticks

7. After boiling, pour the sauce

8. Cook until the rice cake becomes soft

9. Eat it while it's hot

Tips:

1. Fish balls, I make them by myself. They are frozen and stored in the refrigerator. You can also choose commercially available ones.
2. The nian gao is arbitrary, not necessarily nian gao strips
3. The hot sauce I happened to use is more salty
4. Seaweed is very good to match.
