Tomato Fungus Soup

Cut the tomato on the back with a cross knife, soak it in boiling water, remember to turn over and soak in the middle, peel the tomato, and cut it into cubes.

Soak the fungus and shiitake mushrooms, shred the fungus, shredded shiitake mushrooms, and shredded bean curd;
