In winter, I think hot pot has become a frequent visitor at the tables of every family. My family is no exception. In fact, I personally still like spicy pot bottoms. But since July, this habit has also changed because of him. I now prefer the tomato-flavored pot bottom, the fiery red color is not inferior to the red pepper.

Tomato Hot Pot

1. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot. Heat oil and pour tomatoes into them to fry

Tips:

Buy tomatoes that are well-ripe. If you don’t like tomato skins, you can boil the tomatoes in hot water for about 1 minute in advance. They are easy to peel.
