Tomato Meatball Soup
1.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces at will, not big ones, smaller ones
2.
The pork is chopped into a puree shape, or it can be beaten with a meat grinder
3.
Put the chopped pork into a container, add chopped chives, and mix briefly
4.
While beating an egg, add cooking wine, pepper, salt, and 2 spoons of starch at the same time
5.
Stir all the ingredients evenly. Take a small steel spoon, scoop a bit of meat filling, slide it back and forth a few times on the side of the big bowl, scoop it up and beat it a few times, and it will become meatballs.
6.
I used Zhenmi Lifting Hot Pot to make it, so I don’t have to fish if I want to eat meatballs, just raise the inner pot. Put water in the pot, add chopped tomatoes, and choose a low heat after boiling
7.
Use a spoon to scoop the meatballs one by one into the pot, and put salt in the soup to taste
8.
All is done, turn the heat to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes
9.
Sprinkle some cilantro and chopped green onion when you eat, and serve deliciously
Tips:
Use a low heat when putting the meatballs, so that they will not break when they are cooked, and when they are all set, change the heat to a larger fire.
Tomatoes are not suitable for patients with acute enteritis.
